Schuylkill County judges have removed two people charged by local police from parole.

Keith M. Evert, 27, of Lansford: Charged by state police at Frackville with theft in Coaldale on Nov. 20, 2013.Judge John E. Domalakes revoked his parole, and sent Evert back to jail to serve the balance of his sentence.His maximum will be Aug. 26, 2017.Evert originally pleaded guilty to the charge on Sept. 24, 2014, and was sentenced to one to 23 months in jail.Angelo V. Maldonado, 27, of Tamaqua: Charged by Rush Township police with having a controlled substance he was not authorized to have, and use or possession of drug paraphernalia on May 21, 2013.Judge James P. Goodman revoked his parole, and ordered him back to jail to serve the time remaining on his sentence. Goodman gave him no credit for the 330 days he was free, giving him a new maximum date of Jan. 24, 2017.The judge gave him credit for 39 days served.Maldonado was sentenced to 12 months on each charge on Dec. 30, 2014.
