Joseph E. Wadyak, 61, of 139 W. Fell St., Summit Hill, has been arrested by Slatington police on charges of driving under the influence and possession of marijuana.

Police said he was stopped at 7:48 p.m. Sept. 8 at 16 Fourth St.He was also issued a summary citation for careless driving.
