A Tobyhanna man is charged with driving under the influence after a car crash in Mount Pocono at 3:40 p.m. Aug. 27, according to Pocono Mountain Regional Police Department.

Eric C. Lee, 24, was involved in a crash at the intersection of Route 611 and Route 940. Police were told that the driver of one of the cars had driven off and was currently in the Bills Shop Rite parking lot. Contact was made with Lee, who showed signs of intoxication. He failed field sobriety tests and was arrested for DUI. Lee refused to submit to chemical testing to determine his blood alcohol concentration.He will also be charged with several summary traffic violations.
