A Schuylkill County woman was cited for public drunkenness.

State police at Schuylkill Haven said Kimberly Ann Angeny, 32, of 15 S. Sixth St., Tower City, was cited after she created a disturbance inside her home, then continued outside on the street disturbing her neighbors.She was found to be manifestly intoxicated and was cited, troopers said.
