State police at Schuylkill Haven are investigating an attempted access device fraud incident in Schuylkill County.

Lawrence Ditzler, 74, of Auburn, reported someone attempted to open an account in his name with Citibank using his personal information. The person was denied the acccount due to them not giving enough information for the applicaton procedure, troopers said. Citibank notified Ditzler who in turn called police.
