State police troopers at Frackville responded to 167 Roosevelt Road, in Morea, Mahanoy Township, about 3:05 p.m. on Monday, Sept. 17, to a report of a neighbors' dispute.

On scene troopers said they learned that John Brinsko, 49, had allegedly harassed Ryan Coxe, 28, during an argument.Troopers said the investigation is continuing and Brinsko is facing a charge of harassment.
