State police at the Fogelsville barracks are investigating a hit-and-run accident that happened in the parking lot of the Aldi Food Market, Lower Macungie Township.

The incident was reported at 3 p.m. Sept. 21.Police said Leo Bouvet, 64, of Allentown, told them that a vehicle struck the rear passenger's side bumper of his vehicle while it was parked in the lot while apparently pulling out of its parking spot.
