Dean Loren Elliot, 52, of Cressona, has been arrested by state police at Schuylkill Haven on charges of disorderly conduct.

Police said the charge stems from an incident at 2 p.m. Sept. 23 at 112 Pottsville St., Cressona. The victim is Derek Allen Mountz, 28, of Cressona.Police said the accused was in the parking lot and street in an intoxicated state, cursing and yelling at the victim.
