Jon R. Urquiza, 21, of Andreas, was arrested by state police at the Fogelsville barracks for suspicion of DUI and possession of marijuana on Feb. 4 at 3:25 a.m.

Police said the arrest was made after he was stopped for a summary traffic violation in the area of Route 29 and Ramer Road in Upper Milford Township.
