The search is on for performers for the 38th Annual Carbon-Schuylkill American Cancer Society Telethon, which will be held April 8 and 9 at Penn's Peak.

The search started with sending invitations to perform to 47 individuals and groups who have participated in the past. Those invitees have until todayto respond. In the event that some decline, the telethon committee is accepting applications from anyone else interested in performing during the telethon.Interested parties may contact George Taylor at
