Douglas Endy and Rachelle and Brianna Kroboth are given a preview peek at the new flight pen at the Carbon County Environmental Educational Center. Franklin Klock, bird handler, tells them about it. The pen was built as an Eagle Scout project for Steven Hutta to benefit eagles who need the extra room to redevelop their flight muscles before release after there had been some type of injury that brought the bird to the center.
