PITTSBURGH (AP) — A Pittsburgh police unit that specializes in gang violence is looking for at least one shooter after four people were wounded in the city's California-Kirkbride neighborhood.
The shooting was reported about 10 p.m. Sunday.Police arrived to find a female shot in both ankles and a male shot in the leg. Police later determined that two other victims ran away. Those victims, both males, were found blocks away and taken to hospitals.Police haven't released their names, but say all four are in stable condition.The city has been wracked by violence involving groups of young people this year, including shootings in public places like bus stops.On Monday, they issued an arrest warrant for 16-year-old Kishawn Jackson. He's charged as an adult with wounding four people after the city's July 4th fireworks.
