Church to reopen

St. John’s Lutheran Church, 319 South Ave., will resume their Sunday 10:30 a.m. worship services beginning on June 21. Please note, if you feel ill, please stay home; masks must be worn, hands must be sanitized upon entering the church and social distancing will be practiced.

There are no Saturday evening services until further notice.

Tax office closed

The office of tax collector Trisha Spillman will be closed the week of June 21-26. Office hours will resume June 30.

Please note the discount period for county and borough taxes ended May 31. The base/face amount for county and borough taxes, which is normally July 31, has been extended to Nov. 1.
