This oversized load caused traffic headaches for motorists driving through Tamaqua Tuesday morning. Parking was banned on North Railroad Street in order to have enough room for the rig to travelon the one-way street. Tamaqua Police and fire police had traffic stopped from Broad Street to Schuylkill Avenue for 20 minutesto allow the loaded truck to make its way north, traveling the wrong way on the one-way street.
