Robert Seigel, 48, of Shenandoah, has been arrested by state police at the Frackville barracks for driving under the influence of alcohol.

Police said he was stopped at 6:47 p.m. Dec. 19 at the intersection of Route 924 and Cherry Street in Shenandoah for a traffic violation, after which time police determined he was under the influence.The man submitted to a breath test at the state police barracks, the result which showed his BAC was over the legal limit.
