Holy Trinity Lutheran Church, 502 Lafayette Ave., Palmerton will hold worship at 10:15 a.m. Sunday. This is a healing service. Following worship there will be a special congregational meeting. The congregation will vote to extend a full call as pastor to the Rev. Call 610-826-4505.Food pantryThe food pantry for Palmerton Area Families in need will be open from 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Fridayat St. John's Lutheran Church, 2915 Fireline Road, Palmerton. The CACPAC-sponsored pantry serves households in Palmerton, Lower Towamensing and Towamensing townships, and Bowmanstown.The food bank is in need of canned goods, nonperishable food items and monetary donations. If you can help, please bring items to any CACPAC member. Most area churches collect on a regular basis. Your help is greatly appreciated.Electronics recyclingElectronics Recycling Day will be held at the Palmerton Borough Garage, 402 S. Third St. from 3:30-6:30
