State police at the Schuylkill Haven barracks are investigating a criminal mischief incident that happened between 11:30 p.m. Dec. 23 and 11 a.m. Dec. 24 in North Manheim Township.

The victim is John and Delores Minnich, Stony Run Road, Pottsville.Police said someone damaged a rocking horse, two white geese and two sets of Christmas lights from a display at the victim's front yard.
