Thomas Fronczak Jr., 42, of Mahanoy City, has been arrested by state police at the Frackville barracks for driving under the influence.

Police said he was stopped at 10:55 p.m. Dec. 28 at 475 Morea Road, West Mahanoy Township, for a summary traffic violation, after which time police said he showed signs of impairment and failed field sobriety tests that were administered to him.
