Palmerton Police Department reported the following incidents:

Indecent exposure: Michael Coulson, 52, Palmerton, was charged with indecent exposure, public drunkenness, and disorderly conduct, for an incident Jan. 7 in the 300 block of Lehigh Avenue.

Possession of drug paraphernalia: Rogelio Ortiz-Valentin, 29, Palmerton, was charged with flight to avoid apprehension, resisting arrest, possession or delivery of a small amount, and possession of drug paraphernalia, for an incident Jan. 15 in the 400 block of Lehigh Avenue.

Kyle Clark, 18, Walnutport, was charged with possession with intent to manufacture or deliver, unlawful possession of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia, for an incident Dec. 29 in the 800 block of Alley L.

DUI: Yvonne Zukosky, 51, Palmerton, was charged with two counts of DUI, accidents involving damage to unattended vehicle or property, careless driving, and prohibited offensive weapons, for an incident Dec. 1 in the 200 block of Delaware Avenue.

A juvenile referral was filed against a 16-year-old Palmerton boy for DUI, careless driving, and proper class of license required, for an incident Dec. 5 in the 700 block of Columbia Avenue.

Criminal mischief: Jared Troost, 26, East Stroudsburg, was charged with criminal mischief, for an incident Dec. 8 in the 600 block of Delaware Avenue.

Citations: Police also issued one citation each for a traffic violation and dogs and other animals.
