A Lansford man entered guilty pleas on Friday in three pending cases in Carbon County court and was sentenced to a county prison term.

Jonathan Lawrence Stefanick, 30, entered pleas to two counts of criminal trespass and one count of criminal mischief.Judge Joseph J. Matika then sentenced him to serve three to 12 months in prison followed by one year of probation.Stefanick admitted driving a vehicle into a home in the area of 160 Upper Nis Hollow Road on Nov. 7, 2015, causing damages to properties. He fled the scene but was later apprehended.He was arrested for an incident on Oct. 5, 2015, when Summit Hill police responded to a report of a suspicious vehicle and made a vehicle stop.Stefanick was found with drug paraphernalia. The third incident occurred on Nov. 7, 2015, when state police at Lehighton responded to a report along Horseshoe Lane in East Penn Township where a resident found Stefanick asleep on a couch in her home.When she confronted him he fled but was later apprehended by troopers.Stefanick told Matika that the best thing to happen to him was being incarcerated. He admitted to a drug addiction problem. He is currently an inmate in the Schuylkill County prison on other charges.Matika also ordered Stefanick to get a drug and alcohol evaluation, zero tolerance for drug and alcohol use, make total restitution for damages of $4,923.95, have no contact with any of the victims in the incidents, and render a total of 100 hours of community service when released on parole.He was given credit for 95 days spent in prison on the charges and paroled but remains in custody on the Schuylkill County charges.
