Youth Services Agency incidents investigated

A 15-year-old girl from Wilkes-Barre was cited for harassment by state police at the Lehighton barracks after they were called to an incident at the Youth Services Agency, 1975 State Route 903 in Penn Forest Township, at 8:06 p.m. Oct. 6.

Police said two employees at the agency, a 57-year-old woman from Jim Thorpe and a 35-year-old man from Lehighton, are the victims. It is alleged the 15-year-old pushed and bit them.

In a separate incident report, police said they were summoned to the facility, known as Camp Adams, at 12:20 a.m. Oct. 10, for a verbal and physical altercation. In this incident, a 58-year-old Nesquehoning man is the victim.

Police said a 16-year-old boy pushed, spit on and bit the left arm of the victim. The boy was cited for harassment.
