Allen Orlick, 36, of Kunkletown, was sentenced onJuly 25 in Monroe County court to a total state incarceration term of 36 to 74 months, to be followed by a two-year period of probation for his part in three crimes, including a home invasion incident.

The sentence was handed down by Judge Stephen Higgins after Orlick had tendered a guilty plea in May, in three separate cases.Orlick pleaded guilty to stalking, a misdemeanor of the first degree, and aggravated assault, a felony of the second degree. This plea was taken in two separate cases in which Orlick was the aggressor in a domestic violence assault.The assault began in Polk Township in the early evening hours on Feb. 21, 2015, and continued into the morning hours of Feb. 22, ending on the Polk/Chestnuthill township line.The victim in both the stalking and aggravated assault case appeared at sentencing stating, "I realized that if I did not make my statement, I am one more person that has not held Allen accountable for his reckless, abusive and criminal activities."Orlick also pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit robbery, a felony of the first degree, regarding his role in an armed home invasion, which also occurred in February 2015.In that case, troopers from the Lehighton barracks were dispatched to a home in Ross Township where two women were held at gunpoint, bound by duct tape, and placed on the floor by two men in masks.Both men, later identified as Anthony Diliberti and Albert Guzman, had guns and threatened the women during this home invasion. Various items were stolen, including a Glock handgun and an AR-15, which have never been recovered. The three men were charged in this violent home invasion.Orlick was pointed out by at least one of the co-defendants as the person who had been the mastermind of the plan to rob this specific house. At sentencing, Higgins acknowledged that Orlick was a heroin addict but said these crimes were all crimes involving rage and anger and that the victims, in all three cases, were truly terrified of Orlick.All three men involved in the home invasion were self-admitted heroin addicts.GuzmanGuzman, 24, of Effort, was also sentenced onJuly 25 in Monroe County court to a state incarceration term of 24 to 60 months for his part in the home invasion incident. The sentence was handed down by Higgins after Guzman had tendered a guilty plea in May to robbery, a felony of the first degree.The third man, Diliberti, is still awaiting trial in this matter.Assistant District Attorney Juli Fry was the prosecutor in the case.
