Interstate 80 East in Carbon County was closed for several hours this morning after a tractor trailer overturned.

The incident happened just before 3 a.m. at mile marker 282 in Kidder Township, just west of the Blakelee exit.

Initials reports were that the driver was trapped.

State Police at Fern Ridge are investigating.
