Mahoning Township Police are investigating a two-vehicle crashthat occurred at the intersection of Spring Hill and Jamestown roadsat 11:25 a.m. June 22. Jacqueline Heydt of Nesquehoning wasdriving south on Spring Hill Road in a Scion, when she crossedover the center of the road, striking a northbound Ford F-150 drivenby Steven Mekilo of Mahoning Township. Both drivers were belted, and multiple airbags deployed. Heydt suffered a minor injury and declined medical transport from the scene.
