Capital One Bank, Glen Allen, Virginia, filed an action against Crystal D. Unger, 2088 Municipal Road, Lehighton, seeking $2,880.81.

First Portfolio Ventures, Peachtree Corners, Georgia, filed the following actions: Kathy L. Geffert, 35 Rodda Road, Albrightsville, seeking $5,269.62; and Halina T. Pieklo, 120 Doney Drive, Palmerton, seeking $1,519.37.

The following was filed as a mortgage foreclosure for alleged default on a loan.

Citibank, c/o PHH Mortgage Corporation, 1 Mortgage Way, Mount Laurel, New Jersey, filed an action against Angela Wychulis, 541 Pine Hollow Drive, Lehighton, over property at that address. Sought is $128,371.86 and continuing interest.
