On Sunday, between 10 and 10:15 p.m., a complete "Black-out" will prevail in the Mauch Chunks in cooperation with that to be held in other communities of Carbon County, except Palmerton, Lansford and Hauto, which are in other areas of the state-wide defense setup.

Air raid and fire alarm sirens will announce the start of the test. All traffic will be halted, save vehicles working for purposes of emergency.
