Firefighters from Lansford, Summit Hill and Tamaqua are on scene of a dwelling fire in the two hundred block of East Ridge Street in Lansford.

The fire was first reported just after 5 p.m. when a woman showed up at her neighbor's house stating her home was on fire.

When fire companies arrived on scene they found heavy smoke pouring from the home. A second home in the group of row homes was also affected. A woman was reported to being treated for smoke inhalation at the scene.
