A Luzerne County man is facing charges stemming from a vehicle stop in Hometown on Jan. 6.

John Paulino, 26, of Hazleton, was traveling on Claremont Avenue (SR309) at 2:47 p.m. when he was stopped for traffic violations. Officers discovered 20 bags of suspected marijuana in the vehicle.Charges are pending the results of drug testing.
