Monroe County Chief Deputy Coroner Michael Sak has ruled the death of 4 year old Bentley Thomas Koch accidental. The manner of death was ruled a gunshot wound of the head.

According to a statement released by Pennsylvania State Police Troop N Major Case team, Koch was rushed to Lehigh Valley Hospital - Pocono Sunday morning after family members discovered the child unresponsive.The preliminary investigation revealed that the child had suffered a self-inflicted gunshot wound to the face.While the coroner’s investigation is concluded the matter is still under investigation by the state police.A gofundme page was set up for parents Lexie Antonini and Ryan Koch and the rest of the family.“After such a loss and tragedy, financial responsibilities for his funeral and memorial service should be the last of his family’s worries,” the page said.More than $6,000 has been raised, exceeding the $5,000 goal.
