State police at Frackville reported on a two-vehicle crash in Ryan Township.

The crash occurred about 9:10 a.m. on Monday, Feb. 4, along SR54 in Ryan Township. Troopers said Brett P. McGuire, 41, of Barnesville, was eastbound driving a 1995 Toyota 4Runner while Ryan A. Petro, 29, of Tamaqua, was westbound operating a 1995 Eagle Talon.Troopers said McGuire turned in front of Petro with the passenger side of the Toyota being struck by the front end of the Eagle. No one was injured. The Eagle had to be towed from the scene.Troopers cited McGuire for a turning violation and not having insurance. Petro was cited for an expired registration and no insurance.
