Bartolo Joseph Antista, 46, of Albrightsville, has been cited by state police at the Fern Ridge barracks for shoplifting.

The incident was reported at 3:24 p.m. June 22 at the Sportsman's Deli, Rt. 903, Albrightsville, Penn Forest Township.The victim is a 68-year-old woman from Albrightsville.Police said it is alleged the man stole a lighter valued at $10 from the front counter of the victim's business.
