State police at the Fogelsville barracks are seeking information about the driver of a vehicle that crashed at 9:31 p.m. March 15 on the Cedar Crest Blvd. ramp to Interstate 78 in Salisbury Township.

Police said the driver, believed to be about 30-years-old, was operating a white Toyota Rav4 southbound in Cedar Crest Blvd. when it went out of control while merging onto the interstate. The vehicle struck the center concrete barrier, resulting in disabling damages to its front end. The vehicle then spun counter-clockwise, crossed over the roadway and came to rest facing south off the right shoulder. Police said the driver fled the scene on foot.Three passengers, all from Allentown, were identified.
