John A. Craig, 27, of Hazleton, is facing charges of driving under the influence as a result of a traffic stop made by state police at the Fern Ridge barracks.

Police said he was stopped at 7:27 p.m. March 14 on Interstate 80 westbound, in the area of Exit 277 in Kidder Township.Police said the charge is pending the result of toxicology tests administered to the driver, who was stopped for an equipment violation.
