Jim Thorpe police have filed sexual assault charges against Russell A. O'Gorman, 3 N. Walnut St., Lansford, stemming from incidents that happened from August to October, 2011.

Police said the alleged incidents happened in the area of the Sam Miller Baseball Field, North Avenue, and involved a 15-year-old female.Police said O'Gorman, then 43, exposed himself to and inappropriately touched the female.He is charged with a felony 3 count of unlawful contact with minors and misdemeanor charges of endangering the welfare of children, indecent exposure and indecent assault.
