State police at Lehighton reported that the Little Gap Animal Hospital, 2695 Little Gap Road, Lower Towamensing, was burglarized between 8:15 p.m. June 23 and 7:45 a.m. June 24.

The criminals gained access through the rear door entrance by smashing open the door with a blunt object. They then proceeded to remove phenobartial and diazepham medications and various denomination of U.S. currency.
