The theft of 17 aluminum bleacher planks from a Schuylkill County park is being investigated.

State police at Schuylkill Haven said the bleacher planks, each 18-foot in length, were removed from the Auburn Memorial Park, located at 521 Pearson St., Auburn. The theft occurred sometime between Nov. 1, 2012, and Feb. 1.
