Rush Township Police recently dealt with two people for retail theft following incidents at the Hometown Commons Wal Mart.

A 17 year old male from Mahanoy City allegedly stole merchandise valued at $179.06. He will also be cited for having an instrument of crime.Kellie Laine, 43, of Mahanoy City, will be cited for stealing $17.35 in merchandise from the retail store.
