Tamaqua police have cited Brian Keith Haas, 45, of 406 Pitt St., Tamaqua, in connection with incidents on May 2 and May 15.

On May 2, at 9:31 p.m., officers were dispatched to the area of Schuylkill Avenue and Mauch Chunk Street after several people called Schuylkill County Communications to report that a man was causing a disturbance. That man was identified as Haas, who allegedly threw a glass at Dennis Neff. Haas was reportedly retaliating after receiving a citation for throwing a brick at Neff's vehicle.He was cited for harassment and disorderly conduct.Then, on May 15, Haas reportedly caused a disturbance at 8:30 p.m. when he began banging on the wall of his apartment, knocking several pictures from his neighbor's wall. Haas then reportedly threatened the neighbor with bodily harm.He was cited for harassment.
