A Nesquehoning woman was arrested after she allegedly sold raffle tickets and took contributions from people at the Turkey Hill Minute Mart in Hometown.
Kerri Ann Blasko, 45, told people she was selling the tickets on behalf of the Panther Valley Parent Teacher Organization. She does not have permission to sell anything related to the Panther Valley School District.Officers learned Blasko was wanted by Carbon County officials for failure to appear in court on similar charges.
