Two Carbon County men have been arrested for violating one of the conditions of Megan's Law by failing to register as a sexual offender.

State police at Lehighton said Robert Imler, 44, of 120 Platypus Drive, Lehighton, Towamensing Township, and Truman Brown, 47, of 495 Maury Rd., Lehighton, Franklin Township, have been cited.Troopers added that during the course of the investigation involving Brown, it was determined that he had been incarcerated during the period of registration in the county prison in Nesquehoning.The time frame listed in both complaints is May 7 to June 4.
