Two Tamaqua residents will be charged by Rush Township police following an incident on June 16.

Jade Boyle, 20, and Bruce Kunkel Jr., 20, both face charges of underage drinking. The incident took place at 2:02 a.m. on Claremont Avenue, in the vicinity of the Walmart store.
