A Carbon County driver is facing a charge of driving under the influence (DUI) following an incident that occurred about 11:30 p.m. on Monday, June 17, along White Street in Bowmanstown.

State police at Lehighton said Ronald A. Cohen, of Jim Thorpe, was stopped for several vehicle code violations. He was found to be under the influence and was placed under arrest.
