Christie Ann Sosko of Kunkletown is facing a charge of criminal mischief after an incident at 10:14 p.m. May 21 in the parking lot of the Burger King restaurant in Chestnuthill Township.

State police at the Fern Ridge barracks said she was invoved in a verbal argument with Sean Michael Scerbo of Brodheadsville, during which time she kicked Scerbo's 2000 Nissan. The kick caused minor damages to the vehicle.
