A vehicle stop has led to drug charges against the driver.

State police at Lehighton said Mervan Nisic, 24, of Brooklyn, N.Y., was stopped about 3:13 a.m. on Friday, June 21, along SR115, in Chestnuthill Township, Monroe County, for a traffic violation.Nisic was found to be in possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia, troopers said.
