A New York City, N.Y., resident is facing a drug charge following an incident that occurred about 10:39 p.m. on Friday, June 28.

State police at Fern Ridge said troopers responded to the Country Service Station, located at SR715 and Neola Road in Jackson Township, Monroe County, for an alarm. At that location troopers encountered Tracy Allen Miles, 26. He was a passenger in a vehicle.He was found to be in possession of marijuana, troopers said, and will be charged.
