Jordan P. Jiunta, 24, of Kunkletown, was cited by Lehighton state police for harassment and disorderly conduct on Tuesday, June 25, at 12:25 p.m.

Jiunta was involed in an altercation with victim, Austin David Baker, 18, of Kunkletown, at 474 Kunletown Road, Kunkletown, where police report Jiunta struck Baker in the groin.
