What do you get when you mix fresh produce with crafts and live entertainment?

The answer is the annual Christmas in July Craft Show, which will be held from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday in the Lehighton Borough Park.Sponsored by the Lehighton Downtown Initiative, the event is being held in conjunction with the Lehighton Downtown Farmers Market, according to Bambi Elsasser, treasurer of the LDI."We are trying to hold a special event every third Saturday, and what better event is there than Christmas in July," Elsasser said.Elsasser said over 40 vendors are expected, and will include farmers with produce, honey, baked goods, homemade candy, kettle corn, wine tasting, iced hot chocolate, crafters, Christmas decorations, Christmas cookies, and a visit from Santa.She said there will also be tie die, aromatherapy, soaps and lotions, woodwork, handcrafted wine lights, as well as live entertainment from Damian Walck.Elsasser said vendor space is available, and that anyone interested in being a part of the event should email
