A New Jersey resident was charged in Monroe County.
Pocono Mountain Regional police said Joseph Revello, 55, is facing charges of disorderly conduct, scattering rubbish and display of fireworks without a permit.Police said on July 4 about 10 p.m. a male was observed lighting off numerous fireworks at the Tobyhanna Township baseball field along Slutter Road.Police asked the male, later identified as Revello, to clean up all the trash from the fireworks. Revello told police he would not clean up anything and used numerous profanities toward police. He was then placed under arrest and charged.
