State police at Fern Ridge said a theft occurred at the Dollar General Store, 1424 Route 903, Penn Forest Township, at 11:22 a.m. Feb. 22. A white female took items from the store without paying for them, then fled in a silver Chevrolet Malibu with a loud exhaust system. The possible registration plate is EKZ8357. Anyone with information concerning this incident is asked to call troopers at 570-646-2271.
