Schuylkill County Judge Charles M. Miller revoked the probations of two local people.

David A. Frangioudakis, 28, of Lansford was sentenced to three to six months in jail, to be served at the same time as his sentence in Carbon County.That sentence was imposed after he was charged by Nesquehoning police with driving under the influence and drug offenses on Sept. 14, 2015.Judge Joseph J. Matika dismissed the drug offenses and sentenced him to 30 days on the DUI charge.But Frangioudakis violated the terms of his probation, and in February was sent back to jail.Frangioudakis had pleaded guilty on June 22, 2016, to theft by deception, receiving stolen property and retail theft.Judge Charles M. Miller sentenced him to spend 12 months on probation.He was charged by Rush Township police with theft on Nov. 1, 2014.Chelsea L. Walters, 24, of Tamaqua, also had her probation revoked, and was sent to jail for four to 18 months.Miller also ordered her to undergo drug and alcohol and mental health evaluations.Walters had pleaded guilty on Aug. 17, 2016, to retail theft. Miller sentenced her to 18 months on probation.She was charged by Tamaqua police on Dec. 12, 2015, and by Rush Township police on Dec. 14, 2015.
